RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Maison Lulu, we are committed to delivering timeless leather goods with exceptional quality. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


SECTION 1 – RETURNS
All sales are considered final. However, we accept return requests in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@maisonlulucreations.com with:

  • Your order number

 

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.


SECTION 2 – REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • No refunds are available for custom or personalized items
  • Natural variations in leather texture, tone, or grain are not considered defects


SECTION 3 – EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
